OUR PROCESS

Start by clicking below to access our user-friendly wedding questionnaire. By providing as much information as possible, you'll enable us to quickly create an accurate quote for your dream wedding flowers. Your thoughtful responses will allow us to bring your unique vision to life.

Step 1 : Questionnaire

Questionnaire

Once we received your floral questionnaire, we will send you a email to schedule a consultation. If you are unavailable to meet in person or over the phone, we are always happy to begin the floral process over email!

Step 2: Sign up for a Consultation

We will present you with a detailed quote for your wedding flowers within a week of your initial consultation. Your date can be secured with a 30% non-refundable deposit and signing of our booking contract. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check.

Step 3: Book with Blue Cypress Co!

In addition to your initial meeting, we will also get together four to six weeks from the date of your event to wrap up final details. We will send you an email reminder to get this booked.

Your remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the event and everything is completely changeable up until that point.

Step 4: Final Consultation

**Every wedding and event is unique due to factors including size of arrangements, complexity, flower varieties, what’s in season, etc. We believe the most successful way to approach your event is to work within your specified budget, which we will discuss at the initial consultation. There are creative solutions and alternatives we can explore to make sure you are getting exactly what you want!

From a small, intimate gathering to a large formal event, we will plan the perfect florals to fit your style and vision!
